Please assign a grade to this 1903 Barber dime as well as the term, if applicable, to describe the process used on the obverse and/or reverse:

The obverse looks pretty scratched up on the face but still a beauty. I think AU-58 but I admit that I am not qualified to judge grades.

I don't see wear on the high points with these pictures, but there may be a little. If there is no wear, then MS60 or 1 due to the scratches, otherwise I will agree with AU58.

I'm thinking more like MS-62 even with the scratches which won't detail this coin .

At first glance I would say cleaned (scratches) but the surfaces of the fields seem to look uniform and to have luster. Tough call for me. My gut says details but maybe MS60 or 61.

I would say UNC - Details Cleaned due to the hairlines on the face and on the reverse above "ONE." Definitely wouldn't pay MS money for this one, but it isn't a bad coin overall

AU-58, scratch across chin and neck really hurts the eye appeal on this one.

Here's another shot with a less distorted width accented by a varied light angle: The cartwheel is present but there are definitely some fine line scratches present mostly on the obverse. Would these conditions detail it as cleaned or keep it from getting at least a 60?

I'll stick with AU-58 straight.
