I believe it is an AE4 of emperor Johannes
Obv:(DN IOHAN-NES PF AVG), pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.
Rev: (VICTOR) IA AV (GG), Victory walking left, holding wreath and palm,
Epsilon in left field.
Mass: 1,10 gram
Diameter: 11,5 mm

Johannes also was bearded but I don't see it on this one. No remaining legend to tell either. Most of these tiny, crude, and thick AE4 Victoria Avgg types were struck by Honorius so its a safe bet this one and the other coin are him.

I bought it once as one of Johannes. But indeed comparing it with other tiny AE4, Thedosius 2 or Honorius is also possible. Added a sketch of what I can see on the coin surface
