All I see is a case of Die Deterioration. That seem to happen a lot on the 2015-2016 dimes. They do get worse:

I don't believe that is the case with this dime you can see doubling in the 2016 I had to take this pic with my phone

Jay, its exactly as Coop explained it. Crappy dies. MD is seen around the date in your first pix, distorted is the better description. Like in pix coop posted, all kinds of anomalies are happening, the O of GOD is one, smushed all over. Just worn out dies is all, doubling would be more noticable and uniform.
