I use a scale and weigh all my coins. My scale is pretty accurate. My nickels weigh 4.96 to 5 grams. I came across this one and it's weighing at 5.14

I did search ebay, did an image search on google, and even tried to call the Joint Civic Committee and left voicemails and no reply. I can't find anything like this coin anywhere. How can I determine what it is made of? I took it to a "coin collector" to see if it was worth anything and he said he would buy it for $20.00. I told him no thanks and he has called me a few times since then, so it kind of makes me wonder if there is any value to this.

I came across this Edith D quarter today and I can't find a good photo of her face. Does this look like a possible error? I tried to get a better picture of her face. Is it just me or does she look like she is drooling?
