Hi I have this 1944 D penny. The rim is really high or at least higher than I am used to seeing. What causes the rim to be like this. Also there are some spots that seem to have raised swirl kind of spots undrneath.

Hi I was wondering if this 1945 D penny would be a good one to grade. I see so many that people have graded but then some say they don't because its not worth it.
