Hello, If you have a coin you want to submit to ngc, do you simply tick the box of error next to the coin and then ngc will determine the type of error ? Thx for your answer

Hello, Some elements on the coin looks unusual to me , on the observe , the eight looks weird the D in god contain extra metal.On the reverse we can see a doibling on E and R? What do you think is it a variety or error? Thank for help
