Beautiful examples, NumisEd!
For the Isle of Man, I assume that the Proof Set to which you refer is the four-coin gold set with the Viking warrior, with the half-sovereign, sovereign, two pounds and five pounds. There was no proof set of the base metal coins from the decimal halfpenny to the fifty pence: only 1,000 of each denomination were struck by the Pobjoy Mint and these were simply released into circulation on the island in 1975, together with 1,000 of each denomination dated 1972 and 1974. This was to maintain continuity as the previous coins with this design had been issued in 1971.
