I don't have mine imaged, but I have always liked the declaration of value on the first Japanese shu coins:

http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces16679.html

Reverse says something along the lines of "Take 16 (shu) to exchange for 1 Ryo". This was important since most shopkeepers would have no clue what a "shu" was, nor its value.

Thank you for that addition, we'll list it as:

Japan 1 shu=1/16 ryo

I have also found another 1/13:

Brunswick-Wolfenbuettel 1 denier=1/13 mattier (link)

And a 1/128 which, surprisingly, wasn't listed yet:

Lueneburg 1/128 thaler (link)

And it isn't exactly the most typical coin for this denomination, but I simply cannot forget the only US coin with it: the 2 1/2 dollar (quarter eagle).

Sure, but they don't actually have the denomination spelled out anywhere (which is a requirement for this thread).

We've checked out most Brazilian types by now (they made quite a few weird denominations, from 37-1/2 to 6400); I doubt there are any left over.

And in the meantime I accidentally discovered the rather hilarious 1639 fiorino of Castiglione della Stiviere (KM#60, though the link doesn't say it) that shows the value of 10 lira on one side and 9 lira 52 soldi on the other. (I'm not sure how many soldi there were in a lira, but not 52.)

EDIT: And an actual number not on the list: Bozzolo 63 soldi (NumisBids listing).

Some stats on the current progress:

Integers found between 1 and 100 are 1-18, 20-28, 30-33, 35-37, 39-40, 42, 44-46, 48, 50, 56, 60, 62-63, 70, 72, 75, 80, 83, 96, and 100.
Two more (55 and 90) are only attested as NCLT. (I'm pretty sure there's a lot of 90s that we just haven't looked for so far. EDIT: not a lot, but here's one.)

Integers missing (even as NCLT) between 1 and 100 are 19, 29, 34, 38, 41, 43, 47, 49, 51-54, 57-59, 61, 64-69, 71, 73-74, 76-79, 81-82, 84-89, 91-95, and 97-99.

This comes out to 53 normal, 2 NCLT only, and 45 missing; 44 of the 53 are in the 1-50 range, however.

It is possible that some of the gaps are real (especially in the second half); but I would have said the same about 63 if I didn't find the coin accidentally (and about 83 if I wasn't aware of the Ostrogothic coin).

I've actually miscounted: 42 of 53 are in the first half, not 44, of course. (And it's 42 of 54 now, obviously.)

In other news, that Italian site has a nice denomination table; most of the especially promising numbers didn't work out, but I did get new examples for two rare denominations (Modena 11 bolognini and 28 bolognini) and one new non-integer denomination (Genova 6 soldi 8 denari, i.e. 6-2/3 soldi).

And might as well claim the last (so far) NCLT-only two-digit integer: Milan 55 soldi (about halfway down this page).

I'm not sure how did I previously miss the the Geneva thaler of 12 florins 9 sols (i.e. 12-3/4 florins) and half thaler of 6 florins 4 sols 6 deniers (i.e. 6-3/8 florins).

And might as well note the Glarus 15 schilling/45 rappen (45 isn't that rare, and 15 is borderline common, but it's still a nice combination).
