I have 7 of this variety in AU to MS-60+ condition. Are they saleable or should I ignore the variety? According to Perkins, they are a recoginized variety. can't find them in Krause. Opinions please.

Also have 1957 calm sea in XF to AU+ thoughts on these?

Hmm I have never heard of either of these varieties. I would be very curious to find out more though.

the book where Oshelt has found these is an old one called "Collectors Coins" from 2015 41st edition Rotographic because I have the same one, it could possibly be another edition though. I had never heard of some of the varieties it mentions.

The 1957 calm sea in top grades is fairly scarce compared to the normal rough sea. The 1967 wide rim is the scarcer of the two varieties although not enough to warrant much of a premium other than to another box ticked. I have 5 in UNC maybe more. Here is my only 1957 calm sea variety.
