It looks like a sea salvaged Mexico Philip V 8R klippe ca 1733. Not sure whether its real - the shield doesn't look like certified examples. They are counterfeited a lot. The weight is very low even for this condition.

Sedwick keeps a record of some of the klippe counterfeits, but not this coin. It takes a lot of time to dredge through his auction records to see examples of the real ones. He lists weights, and you might be able to find one similar to yours.
