Is This A PMD On A1964 Australia Penny Or An Error?

Davbrian New Member Malaysia 19 Posts	Posted 06/21/2023 07:20 am Hi, I got this Australia 1964 Penny that look like it's a self implicated mark on it Obverse side & also left some damages on its Reverse side of the coin.I m leaning more towards PMD on this but what do you all think?
