Curious as to opinions on the Grade of my 1994-D Lincoln Memorial cent?
I believe it's RD as far as Color?

I'd send it in, but I get nervous with how PCGS Operates when it comes to grading their top-tier coins. For it to be worth it, I would need it to grade MS67+
