Good evening everyone, I hope you're all well. I found this oddity in a noodle this week. Is the missing star a PMD? seems lots of issues on the rim as well.....

IMO the issue with the star is PMD. As to the rim, you might want to post a better close-up photo of the area. If it's the area @ 9 o'clock might be a Cud or PMD....better photos would most likely greatly help.

PMD on the star and maybe a Rim Cud.
