Hello! I was wondering if you could help me. I bought this item in an Auction , together with some very old tokens. I tried to look it up, the inscription " LAVR MED sends me to Rome (mid-15th century), " Apollo, Marsyas and Olympus, oval bronze plaquette" ( Lorenzo Medici).
Could I get some advice?

Copy of a piece originally in the collection of Lorenzo de Medici.Possibly at one time adorning a book or piece of furniture. Looks to be cold cast bronze so maybe mid C19th
