When I first started looking for one of the Gutzon Borglum-designed Stone Mountain Children's Founders Roll medals, I purchased an XF example that was a bit dark and discolored, but still with good design details. Later, I came across a nice, bright, sharp uncirculated example that I added to my collection as an upgrade.
