To John1, the other side is exactly the same. Nothing at all different from the pictured side. There are also no markings on the edges; I took a magnifying glass to the coin and came up empty. Help Guys! Lol, thanks to you all ahead of time.

With no lettering or identifying markings of any kind, It will be very difficult to track such a thing down. I'm not even sure it's numismastic-related; it might be a piece of jewellery or something else.

It probably won't help, but how big is it?

I'm going with something popped out of a necklace or similar. Any idea what type of metal it's made out of? Without a brand or stamp it'll be impossible to pin down.
