G'day, I recently picked up an NZ star note for a steal. Is this the same as Aussie star notes? replaces faulty notes? Is the star generic on all replacement notes? any information is appreciated. Lizzy looks exceptional

Have a great day and happy hunting.

Yes, the star means it is a replacement note. They aren't as scarce as Australian star notes, as they continued the practice longer in NZ than Australia, but they're scarcer than American star notes.
