Coins are rarely worth nothing, but many coins aren't worth much.

Some of those US-Philippines coins are silver and will be worth silver content at least. The smaller Portuguese coin with the boat on it is silver too. The Vichy France 2 francs at top right seems to be in reasonable condition and might be worth a couple of dollars. Everything else seems to be typical "foreign coins 3 for $1" scratchtray material.

The Portuguese 2$50 has about $1.61 in Silver, the 1 escudo has no silver and in the condition its in, has no real value.

Those all seem easy to identify. Get a phone app (Coinoscope or Maktun) to identify them, or type some of the words from the coins into Numista.

Once identified Numista will tell you if they are silver and often has coin valuations.

If you have questions about the value of specific identified coins after that then ask in this forum.
