I've been trying to identify this cash coin for a while now:

The inscription reads "? Ning Tong Bao"

Weight: 10.9 grams
Diameter: 33mm
Thickness: 2mm
Not attracted to a magnet

Thanks trig, yes the first character is definitely "Chong"

So Huizong, the last emperor of the Northern Song dynasty then.

My coin is 33mm, most of the other "Chongning Tongbao" coins I can see on Numista are 25mm. What's the deal with the size of cash coins - the bigger the coin the bigger the denomination?

Most issued "cash" coins have a denomination of 1 Cash, but the size (and metal content) varied significantly over time. In particular there were many periods of coin debasement with smaller, low quality coins followed by currency reforms and better quality coins. And you need to consider weight as well, many were made (over the centuries) with different diameters and roughly the same weight.

The 1 Cash coin with this design is Hartill 16.398, but there is no picture of reverse which implies a regular reverse. And the picture in Numista has a regular reverse: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces215542.html

Can't find many pictures of cash coin reverses with diangular "relief lines" from the corners of the hole to the rim.
