This is a Bank of Joseon(Chosen) 1 Yen/Won banknote. These were printed beginning on January 4, 1932. So, its not 1921 as the title or other comment suggests.
In fact, there were no bills for use in Korea that were printed beginning in 1921, so I'm not sure where that year came from. The bills that were printed in 1919/1920 look completely different from this.
The bill you have pictured is during the Japanese occupation of Korea and as the kanji/hanja says on the bottom center of the bill, it was printed within Japan for use in Joseon/Korea. These are normally in very torn up/circulated condition, so it is definitely a keeper. :)
