I do not want to get my hopes up I need your help can anyone blow this pic up my digtal micro is not working and I need to replace it. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a good quality digital microscope it looks to be a rabbit hole at my choices I have a koolerton 4.3 but I am sure there must be a bit better quality I wouldn't recommend for its been more trouble than it's worth with not so good picture quality.

You need to crop your photo and it will make the image larger. Use your phone's camera to zoom in (even older phones will do this.

A close up is definitely needed, but it looks as if your last digit has taken a blow and is damaged. Please try to give us a better view of your coin.

After breaking out my astronomical telescope and attempting to examine the coin presented, I think that maybe that last number might be a 3 or an 8 (maybe)

The date shouldn't really matter as it is PMD and there is no premium for r damage.

You are correct, the date does not matter, but getting the new folks coming in to post up readable and viewable images is important.

What do yo mean the date is not important think that if it is a 3 then things just got real as I a 1943 copper penny? If its an 8 then maybe it's not but seems to me PMD or not a 43 copper penny would be of most importance would it not? I have some more detailed pic now I will post in a few minutes

Looks like a 1945 from the image that is still too small. Not a 1943 as the '3' is a lot taller than the '5'. (same size as the '4')

What about that diagonal line cutting across the date a through Lincoln chin a on up could that be a die break? It is discolored a bit I get the size of the 3 or 5 but it looks as if the bottom of the 3 (potentialy)has been pushed up from what ever struck this coin? I'm probably just wanting it to be a 43 idk.im not that lucky

Me I thing it is an 8, possibility of 5 also. Me I look at the bottom line with 4.
