Looks like an RPM but not a lot to be found online. Bought a whole $25 box of Wheats, found this and a clipped I'll post next.

Nice find! Notice how only the D has the doubling, that can help with determining if it is a rpm or Machine Doubling, as MD will effect the other devices in the area. have fun searching!

RPMs and DDO / DDRs are not errors per se but varieties. Nice find!
