Can I get some grade opinions? Still trying to figure this whole grading thing out.

MS-64 sounds about right.

Yes, around MS64--nice coin, shows minor dings and hits. Just a hint of very minor wear.

Quote: Just a hint of very minor wear. @ijn1944 If you're seeing wear, why would this be considered UNC? Not trying to be argumentative by any means, just determining how you define wear to help the OP. I'd say MS-64 as well.

The highest points on the obverse do not appear to have a high(er) degree of crispness one might expect on a truly uncirculated cent. Having said that, I think many of us have seen PCGS and NGC slabbed coins with mid-grade MS numbers having just the slightest hint of circulation wear. Not having the coin in-hand is a disadvantage for us.

Thanks everyone! I feel like this one is very similar, what grade would you give this 39?

If you are comparing coins, yours you posted has far less clean fields than the wheat you posted, surfaces of the fields mean a lot, as even tiny nicks in the fields are visible with the naked eye in most instances.
lot of chatter under the memorial, a bit of chatter left of Lincoln's bust, all hold it to around ms64. Still a nice coin, just not worth grading.
