Hi all,

Looking for some opinions on the grade of this proof. The white specks are just surface lint/dust).

Appreciate it.

The rim looks very nice...but where's the mirror like finish? Has this been stored in a 2x2 for a while?
Not an expert but I'll say PF65-66

pf65/66 sounds about right, good pictures, it's hard to grade looking at the mirrored surface. I'd say the toning is nice in hand

Proofs are difficult to grade from just a couple pictures, at least PR-65. It appears to have started the rainbow toning these are known for. If you tilt the coin in strong light, can you see any color to that ring?

Thanks. No I can't see any color by tilting. I don't see any flaws.

Best,
