What Does M.a.c.o Mean As Labled By NGC?

I am pretty sure that the "M.A." means "metallic art", but the "C.O." meaning eludes me and I cannot find out anything about it on the net. I can only assume NGC means that and for some reason put a period between the "C" and the "O", to mean "company", so it all means "metallic art company". If so, I was wondering why NGC put the "O" on it at all and not simply "M.A.C". well, the question is answered in any case... thanks... mike Report this Post to the Staff
