I would like to apologize for my absence from the forum the past few weeks. I would also like to thank those of you who dropped me an email inquiring about it. I am currently going through a divorce. No, it is not the nasty kind you often hear about. It is mutual, but it doesn't make it hurt any less. I have been preoccupied with roofers and painters and such, trying to get our house in top shape to sell. Hoping to double our investment in the process. I am not losing my dog, my coins, or my car. So life is good. I have also been packing my stuff in anticipation of the selling of the house. I am going to relocate, as I have no family down here in Houston. I am moving back home to Lubbock, Texas. I am looking for a house to buy. Looking for one with three rooms. One for me and my dog, one for my office(as I work from home) which is also where I do all my coin stuff, and a third room for my mother. Yup, I am going to take care of my 70 yr old mom. I have everything planned, now I just need to execute/ As I get a moment I will pop in, but right now it has been a bit crazy. I am going nuts not searching. Keep posting your finds and I will live vicariously through you and your posts. Happy hunting.

-Sean

Sorry to hear about your divorce. I know it happens to
a lot of people, but I have seen how hard it is to go through.

Hope to hear you land on your feet soon, and that we
can hear from you from time to time.

Good for you, for taking care of your older mom.
Not many will do that these days.

Well, my sister took care of my Dad the last couple of years he was alive. My turn for my mom, and I would not have it any other way. She even wants to help me with my coins. She is absolutely amazed how I can find something that cost me only 1¢ that I I can turn around and sell for $100 or more. Truthfully I could use the help. I think with her I can really get my ebay store pumping even better than a few years ago when I had my own dot com coin store. Of course we have got to live near my sis. With three grandkids to my mom, two nieces and a nephew to me. I am dying to watch her kids grow. Plus I get to be that "cool" uncle.
Rest in Peace

It is not the end, but a new beginning.

I know that sounds sappy, but it is the best I got.

Good luck with everything going forward.

Glad to hear from you again. You'd been really active and I was awfully used to seeing your well thought out comments.

Being close to family will be a great help for you to get back into a happy place.

At least you won't need a new passport since you are staying in Texas. I know Minnesota requires a new passport from anyone that moves here from your crazy state

Rest in Peace

Sorry to hear about the divorce but it sounds like you're moving forward and into a good situation.

It's a ton of work to sell a house, buy a house, pack-up a house full of stuff and settle into the new one. I hope it all goes smoothly.

Keep us posted.

I'll be thinking about you!
