I found this yesterday; sorry for the bad pics, but still

You can see very strong doubling on the wording on the obverse. I compared it to the examples on the Lincoln Cent Resource and was able to narrow it down to two possible dies; die 2 or 7. What do you think?

The coin looks pretty good in hand; I will post pics of it in the Coin Grading section of the forum. What do you think this coin would go for in price? Do you think it is worth getting slabbed?

Regardless of price, it still calls for some dancing fruit!

From these pictures I think it is DDO-007, but I could be wrong. Could we have a picture of the date?

Here you are. The images are a little blurry, because I have to take them through my microscope.

Here are larger images of the 002

I think I see the same die scratches above LIBERTY on your coin. Check out the other devices to see if they exactly match the hub doubling to be 002 or not. Hope this helps.

Thanks COOP, you're the best

I think I can see what you mean in the similarity between the die scratches. I recently ordered Cherrypickers Guide to Rare Die Varieties of United States Coins, so when it comes I'll be able to look for the die markers on this variety.
