Counter-stamped by a previous owner... Some people collect these, but most coin collectors will consider it damaged, and basically worth Silver value only...
XF-40, possibly because of a softer strike from the looks of it... I would estimate you paid about $120 for it, which is a solid price for such a nice specimen... that's an upgrade for sure
I would say maybe the strike is the only thing holding that one back from a 67, like the detail in the hair on the obverse... Beautiful coin though...But also, I'm not an expert...
