| RCM Quietly Cancelled Two Orders

| Hi, very interesting topic and conversation. I am a Diamond Elite member and it did happen to me as well. Twice got my subscriptions got "cancelled" , one 9 of 10 already paid, the other 8 of 10 paid. Both were for over $ 20K in value. I was very disappointed and of course talked to my rep at Mint. He was very apologetic and claimed this was system glitch and so on, but aside from full refund I did not get anything back. The items were sold immediately to someone on the Master Club waiting list, before rep could stop it. The mintage for these items were under 250 so it is not surprising. The only surprising and very dissatisfying was the fact that such thing happened :( |
