This one has the same obverse marker as WDDR-001 but reverse doubling looks different. Left arch floor looks the same. The floor above the steps runs from one end to other between the pillars getting weaker to the right. Right arch floor looks the same. The FS on this one looks doubled. TICE and maybe the top right vertical of N. The top of E on this one just barely catch it.
Thanks everyone for looking. Thanks @Brandmeister for hub info. Yes those lower splits look interesting and they are pretty minor. Even though they're minor they should count for something if they are true slits. Especially when there's only one 1949 DDO listed. But that's just me
Brand. The forest line was great. I've had these 6 boxes of nickels for ever. Sorta figured to check some out. I'm trying to figure out how to skip 100++ D's for getting to look at 1 or 2 P's. But still checking the D's. Boring/aggravating!!
Did I see somewhere that you live back in that part of the country?
. Thanks everyone. There's over 85 DDR's listed for 05P. Only a couple 05D. Here in Idaho I'm guessing out of a box of Jefferson's there's 1 P for 100+D's. I ( might ) have a 05D DDO Doubled right Eyelid.
This matches WDDR-024. Markers match. I stay away from trying to figure out the RPM's on Lincoln 1960D because there's just too many. This year of nickel isn't as bad but runs a good second place.
I'm thinking maybe DDO. Both T's looks to have notching. The last one took a hit up there. Bottom left of TR looks like notching. The S has the same. Upper inside curve looks suspicious. Other letters look interesting also. I've checked for any listing there's none. Your opinions needed. Thank you. Rob
I told myself not to fool around with MM S. This one looked pretty cool. It lines up with Coppercoins # 022 but with MD. The MD is only affecting what's on the date and MM.
Jon, certain points looks to line up. I don't know any other way to check if it's the same or not. So I ran a horizontal line from the top of the U and the points at the top. The MM looks like an RPM but I've been striking out with the S's. I hesitated to even mention it.
To me this matches Cudsoncoins # RCD-41S-10R. Just in better condition. What do you think of the MM? It's hard for me to get both upper and lower to show in the same shot. One light angle floods out the other. I've always had trouble calling RPM for the MM-S.
