Not sure where to post this?

I found this metal detecting in the Pyrenees just on the French side....

It's 13.5cm X 7.5cm X 1mm, bronze and the back is blank.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction or a clue as to what is inscribed ( names, place etc), will be most appreciated!

Ooouch Mike!...
I'm sorry you had to sell off some of your babies!
I know you hunted high & low for those exquisite life like portraits!

Same happened to me a few years ago but managed to sell off a couple of my kids and a second hand tumble dryer to alleviate the shortfall.

Also I'm sure you'll now bounce back with even more vigour to find those special pieces you look for...I for one will be looking forward to seeing them..

Enrique IV yes,

That's great ...Thank you so much!
Looks to be quite uncommon.
When the detector 'pinged' I knew it could be silver but probably an aluminium ring pull which are really difficult to differentiate between, at least on my old machine!
A very pleasant surprise to see this one pop out!

Found this coin a few weeks back on my land which is in Aragon...Medieval coinage is not my strong point so was hoping some of the experts could pin this one down?
28mm diameter..3.3grams
I think it might be Enrique IV (1454/74) 1/2 Real ?
Not really sure though so any help would be much appreciated.
