@Errers and Varietys, the coin appears to be well struck but the dies may be wearing out a bit

@Bump111, here is a closeup of the "S", I am not seeing a defined serif atop the S

Just trying to verify if this is reverse of 1938 and what the grade might be.

Got this one at a coin show in San Antonio, Texas. I was thinking about sending it to PCGS for grading but was hoping to get CCF opinions on grade first.

If it were pre- strike wouldn't the obverse show weakness in that area? Just thinking out loud.

Nice! Did you check for RPM? The mint mark is a little fuzzy in the photos but position appears close to RPM-002. probably just my eyes

Got this on eBay this past week. I did not see the RPM in the sellers' photos. When I received it, much to my surprise it was RPM-001!

Obverse Stage A: Small die chip (dot) right of the 9 in the date about one-fourth up from the bottom.

Reverse Stage A: Vertical die scratch inside the O of ONE closer to the right.

Might be one of these Cohen listings from "THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF ERRORS ON THE LINCOLN CENT"

Not seeing MPD, date position looks incorrect for FS-301 (Snow-2).

I thought war nickels are only 35% silver? And copper 56%. Still leaves 9% for manganese though.

Found this in a small batch of Lincoln Wheat and Memorials I bought on eBay. Above the head might be prestrike lamination based on the weakness in that area on the reverse. Thoughts?

Appears to be inverted MMS-006 to me. The upper serif looks to have the "flat spot". On the normal positioned mint mark the "flat spot" is on the lower ball.
