As a newbie I see that I am going to have to take some sort of picture of a coin when trying to sell it. My question is: camera or scanner? Which is better

Yikes

I just posted, got up to make a bowl of oatmeal and I have another two or three posts. Maybe you are right and I will kindle an interest. It certainly has gotten my attention.

I still have not cataloged all of the rolls. I do have a couple of rolls of Franklin's. I do have about 20 rolls of dimes. 13-15 of the rolls are Mercury. After I post a few more times, maybe we can have coffee and I can show you all of the rolls if interested.

I am a newbie as well. I have stumbled upon this website a few weeks back. I contacted one of the members about a collection that I have received from my father's estate. I want to thank the member (Doug) for giving me the reasons why the community works the way it does. I will abide by the rules set forth, happily. Over the next few months I will be dissolving this collection to people that appreciate coins. I have two more siblings, and none of us are coin collectors sadly. There a lot of silver rolls, a lot of Morgans, Peace, Walker half dollars. A few Morgan CC dollars. I will get into specifics later. I do not know how to grade coins so I will use this forum to help me figure things out and grade them properly. So, my name is worldchamp and I look forward to responses from all of you.
