Yes. I collect the ones I am most interested in, but I will also pick up ones I am less interested in if the price is right. They are a good option for stacking in my opinion.

While I don't particularly like what this seller has written in their listings, I have bought from this seller numerous times. They regularly have for auction great selections of coins and what you see is what you get.

Getting Charged For Sales Tax On Silver Coins From Ebay

Yes, I am in Colorado and should not be charged sales tax on coins/bullion, but I always am now on eBay. I have called eBay before and was able to get the sales tax refunded a few days later, but it is a time-consuming solution for a relatively small amount of money. It is very frustrating that they are charging taxes when they should not be, and has resulted in me making fewer purchases on eBay.

If I had more disposable income, I would buy the dollar coins, save the nicest ones and spend the rest. If you like the coins, you are spending a smaller premium to obtain them than buying most other products from the mint.

I took a family trip to El Salvador a few months ago. El Salvador uses USD, it doesn't have its own currency, and dollar coins, not dollar bills, are what are commonly used there. It was very nice to see them in regular use, and I brought these two back as souvenirs since I rarely see small dollars so heavily circulated here in the states.

Interesting information. To add to your list, I have bought from Bullion Exchanges a few times and have never had any issues. For poured silver, Yeagers Poured Silver is a good option.

Silver is worth something not just because other people say so, but because of its unique properties as a metal that provide significant utility to human beings, and its relative scarcity. There is intrinsic value to silver that is undeniable, which is why there is so much history of silver being money and why people agree it is worth something. There is silver in the devices we use to communicate with each other on this site, as one example. Silver is vital for cars, solar panels, electronics, jewelry, medical uses, and so on. The list is quite long and supports the value of silver. Plus, it is nice and shiny and you can make beautiful coins from it!
