I can't believe that Deion Branch dropped that first pass on the last drive. THERE WAS NO ONE AROUND HIM, he might have scored but since he is old and slow I say he gets pushed out around the 25 yard line. He looked very bad in alot of games this year, time to cut loose. I am not saying he lost the game by himself but he sure could have been the hero of the game, on a pretty easy play. The ball was slightly behind him but you get two hands on it and no one is near you, you have to haul that in.
Ok I vented but still mad thanks all! |

| New balls always help, sadly mine has dropped to 215 after the last two weeks. The muscle I torn is on the left side so I have tried to keep bowling with it but haven't done well. Shot 596 this last week. |

| I got an injury at work last Friday and have been in some pain for the better part of a week, (partially torn my pectoral) so I haven't left the house alot lately. I will try to get your prize out by Saturday or Monday at the latest. I am sorry again, but my 2012 has started out pretty crappy. |

| I am sorry Yankee I totally missed your post, I use an Arson, and a Hyroad, which is my favorite ball of all time. I am actually on my second Hyroad cause my first finally burned out after 2 years. I also have a white dot for 3, 6, 9 or 10 pins. |

| Ok I shot 202, 205, and 226. Not my best effort but I pulled a muscle in my chest when I was helping move some of my grandpa's stuff so, it is better than I thought. Plus we won all 3 games, and were in 5th place (out of 32 teams) so we should be moving up! I will look back and see who won later, I have a million things to do. |

| This NFL season is very similiar to 2007. Brady and the Patroits putting up video game numbers all year and being the number 1 seed in the AFC then winning an ugly game in the AFC title game to go to the superbowl. The Giants looking like crap all year till the end of the year when they take on an undefeated team and take them to the wire, then their d line takes over in the playoffs and they go all the way to the NFC title game where they win in OT with a field goal set up by a horrible turnover. Very creepy! Lets hope it doesn't end the same way! |

| Call me crazy but I had a weird feeling that I wouldn't be able to bowl this week, well one of my teammates called me as I was walking out the door and told me he was there already and a water main broke over there so the bowling alley was closed today. So the contest will be postponed until next week. I don't think we are at 50 guessers yet so I will leave it open until next Wednesday at 5 pm eastern or when we get 50 guesses. |

| My grandpa averaged in the 150's when I bowled with him, but in his glory days he was in the 190's which would equate to around 210 or 215 now that the bowling balls are so much better than the older ones were. |

| Oh ya one thing I forgot if there is a tie than the person that has the closet 1st game score wins, if they are still tied we go to the second game then the third. If they are still tied (I wonder the odds), than they both win. |

My grandpa passed away on 1 11 2012, and he loved bowling. So when I started bowling (because of a girl) naturally when I got good I bowled with him and my dad. I had never seen a man that loved bowling that much, he would go out of his way to congratulate other bowlers that bowled well, even people that were bowling against us. Even after 17 years of bowling in the same league with many of the same people and never finishing higher than 8th place out of 12 teams. As a 22 year old punk back than I couldn't fathom how or why he would do that, especially when he was losing. Even now at 32 I still will rarely give props to people unless they pick up an amazing split or shoot 300.
So I am running a contest in his honor, a man that just wanted to see other people do well (even at his own expense). So here is the contest, guess my what I will shoot for my series this Wednesday 1-18-2012.
For those unfamiliar to bowling a series is the total score that you bowl for 3 games in a league night. I will also give you guys some helpful hints, my average this year is 217, my low series this year is around 560, and my high series is around 740. My last 2 weeks of bowling I have shoot 671 and 629, and my highest series ever is 822. If for some reason I can't bowl this Wednesday the contest will be moved to the next week.
The rules:
One guess per person
Must have a U.S. or Canada mailing address
50 different people can guess, first come first serve
Guesses are valid from the time of this post till we fill up or 1-18-2012 at 5 pm Eastern, which ever comes first.
The prize:
One silver quarter, and a few other goodies that I can dig up.
The catches:
When you put your guess in also include the scores of all 3 games because if you get all the scores exactly right and in the right order I will include a Silver Eagle in with your prize. If you guess the exact right score but get the games wrong I will turn the silver quarter into a silver half (90 percent.
Last hint I haven't shot a game under 150 in years, so it is highly unlikely that I will do so, and 300 is the best score you can shoot in one game and I have never done that. (I have been very close a few times including twice this year).
