I looked it up and it looks to me like a few lamination cracks but I'm not sure, like I said, new to this. Also, can someone tell me what else has happened to this penny? Thank you so very much for your time.

Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about this penny I recently found. I am fairly new to this. When I came across this penny I didn't know what to make of it because I had never seen a gold-collared penny and when I looked a little closer It seemed that this may be an error on the right of the obverse side. I circled it in one photo. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
