I'm not a nickel guy, more into Lincoln's, but when looking at this one further, it stood out. What grade would you give it and would you consider it CAM or DCAM?

This one came back as MS68RD.

@BadThad, nice example! I haven't seen one of those before. I really like the what seems to be a smooth solid field.

I should have said I'm not asking if it's doubled, but rather what causes the letters to not fully form? The 1st pic is of my coin.

When comparing the coin I have to another, it looks as if the letters are incomplete. What causes this?
