Does anyone know of a product that can be used in boxes, safes, chests or drawers that will keep the air in them as neutral and dry as possible? I am thinking that people use baking soda in the refrigerator to keep it fresh, and cigars are in a humidor, what about coin storage?

IF you live in a house, there are many large, effecient dehudifiers on the market. I've got one that runs almsot all the time and it takes a massive amount of moisture out of the air. However, I too use Zip Lock bags for almost all Albums.

Ziplock bags, and tupperware type products to create the controlled environment, and silica gel to create the dry atmosphere. Put the coins and the freshly recharged silica inside the container and seal it. The gel will absorb the moisture out of the atmosphere, and the plastic seal will keep more moisture from entering.

For my more expensive Albums, I use a double Zip Lock Bag system. By that I mean I put the Album in one, press out any air possible, then put that in a second Zip Lock bag and do the same.
